back when i was having meelions of them,one of my favorite(?) things to ponder during a panic attack was the link researchers found between panic attacks and some sort of heart murmur (i have no idea where i read that), especially since considering heart problems was one of the things that always triggered me before i knew what was happening. Oh, the god damned irony.
