<description><![CDATA[<p>Thank god this case got a rational judge.</p>

<p>I smoke pot for pain and have been encouraged by friends to get it legally (I live in Hawaii) but this is the exact reason why I prefer not to.  What if the judge had ruled differently?  All these patient's medical records would be examined by the DEA?  Fuck that.</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>Glad to see that someone in the federal justice apparatus has a shred of sense. This is a really important ruling. Let's hope it holds. </p>

<p>Not so glad to see taxpayer resources going to harassing sick people. Reason # 1,000,000 to elect a dem in '08--to end this kind of shit. Clinton already said outright she'd stop the raids, and Obama indicated as much. Keep posting about this stuff, Dominic--it's important.</p>]]></description>
