This is in front of where I live...I live above the chocolate box. Daily I have to weave around the oblivious people congregated around the pig. Taking pictures, taking up the sidewalk, taking away my sanity.... urg.

Everyone is so down on the pigs around here at the Stranger. They're kinda ugly but they're about to be auctioned off in a few weeks to benefit the Pike Place Market foundation. Don't blow 'em up. Let people with too much money buy ugly non-art that benefits our city.

i sat next to a disgusting pig today on the concourse level of Pacific Place. It was "bubblicious pig" or something, and the gimmick was, pieces of chewed gum were randomly stuck all over it. who wouldn't want to buy that?

It's supposed to be in front of the Federal Building according to the printed map, but I can't find it on the online map. Hmmm...

It's basically a pig cut open like a cantaloupe and served with prosciutto. It's clever and creepy and I noticed they hid it upstairs during the Pigs on Parade kick-off. I liked it.
