If so, you must go see NYC performance artist Mike Albo, who’s making his Seattle debut this weekend with a pair of shows at Re-bar.

Albo’s performed his pop culture-obsessed, butchly gender-bending performance art at New York’s venerable PS 122, London’s Soho Theater, the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, and many other places. (He’s also the author of the acclaimed Hornito.) But this is his first time in the NW, and anyone who answered yes to any of the options in the subject line should definitely check him out.

Here’s a video taste.

And you can get tickets here.

If I see you there, I think I owe you a drink for my faux pas, Mr Schmader.

Mike Albo is a performer who connects most authentically with Jewish culture. Albo speaks with honest admiration of his Jewish friends' modified conservative wedding—how the couple was forced to stare into each other's eyes as the rabbi ran through all 70 aspects of the soul.

Jewish performers like Albo are sparks of light for the idiot goyium who have tiny brains to small to appreciate the brilliance of Judaism.

Mazel Tov! to The Stranger for pushing Jewish performers in this racist white Christian town.

So does that mean he's circumcised?

Issur, you're turning me into an anti-Semite.

Worse, I fear this is your aim.

It's funny that Local Troll B mentions that he's Jewish, as he is seriously Jesus Christ.

It's not just the beard (although he defies convention on the hair), it's the starstruck "I am the lamb of god" look on his face.
