dern, I've been hoping for the last few years I'd see an Obama - Bayh ticket. . .
even tho' I figured the Clinton-Bayh ticket would be a better match

i doubt it. it'd probably be attractive to middle america, but not as attractive as the other recent rumor: hillary clinton / wesley clark. seems like anyone hillary gets her picture taken with is rumored as a possible vp contender. i'm sure if someone took a picture of angelina jolie endorsing hillary, there'd be rumors of a clinton/jolie ticket.

Oh god no. The last thing we need is another VP from Indiana. Didn't anyone learn the lesson of Dan Quayle?

If that happens, well Rudy just may win the general election...... (and I suggest if that happens we all move to Canada)

Does the Hillary campaign want to lose the general election? Bayh is the most uninspiring VP choice I can think of. This would be a bad decision nearly on par with Gore choosing Lieberman. He brings nothing to the ticket.

If she wins the nomination, her best bet is Wesley Clark. He'll appeal to pro-military Americans and those who have opposed the Iraq War all along. He's got a more impressive resume, and he's better on TV. And he's from Arkansas, which should help Hillary put that state into serious contention.

I think Clinton-Bayh would be good candidates for the GOP to run against the Dem ticket of Gore-Obama.

It'll be Clinton/Clark. The best way to sooth those threatened by a female president is to back her with a male 4-star general.

Joe Clark? Isn't he Canadian and unable to run on the ticket?
