Bush is coming to Bellevue on Monday, August 27 to raise money for

anti-choice congressman Dave Reichert.

Congressman Reichert claims to be a moderate, but he has consistently

voted against women's rights.

Most recently he voted to cut funding for birth control.

Will the real Dave Reichert come forward? Dress like Dave and win a

prize! We will give out a pro-choice prize to the best Dave Reichert

look-alike.

Join NARAL Pro-Choice Washington and our allies for a fun rally and

demonstration against this administration's anti-choice, anti-woman

policies.

When: Monday, August 27 at 1:30 pm
Where: In front of Joey's Restaurant, 800 Bellevue Way

For questions, or to RSVP, please contact Alissa Haslam at
alissahaslam@prochoicewashington.org or call 206-624-1990.

Sounds like a job for public intern!

Please, please have him there with a sign that says:

"Slog readers hate Bush and the corrupt GOP, but all have jobs and can't get work off for a protest"

Perfect idea Original Monique!

Failing that, we don't really need an organizing body to tell us where to protest. Surely enough people around here despise Bush enough to simply show up across the street and throw rocks or whatever...

Darcy Burner's doing a counter-rally too.

PI has it but Stranger is too slack to link it.
