“Vatican launches world’s first airline for Catholic pilgrims”

posted by on August 27 at 23:00 PM

Isn’t that a great headline? That’s one of the headlines on In the News, on the Yahoo main page, right now. Unfortunately, when you click on it, the Reuters story has a different headline, the lackluster: “Vatican airline takes to the skies.”

Anyway, if you care.

If a plane full of catholic pilgrims crashes, does that mean the rest of us are saved?

hmmmmm, I've never clicked on a author's name until now. i did so with Amy Kate first, and blaskonshewee, nothing as I expected. Re: the bio, I was just in Edmonds yesterday, cute kids, except this one named Ethan was repeatedly calling his dad by first name, kind of a new one for me.

Yeah, I suppose my relijus upbringing caused me not to get my CK roos in a wad about shitty tipping jerk vindices. When I digress, it's just drama queening, and get ignored by people I admire.

Where are the other staffer pics?! The nightclub mugshot look that AKH has got goin on, more more is less less.

At the risk of sounding insensitive, I personally cannot wait for one of these Christ Air jumbos to crash in an extremely atheistic manner

I hope they use laid-off Hooters Air hostesses!

Will they have a special altar-boy abuse section?

Happy hour?

So is this airline only open to Catholics? Because it would be humorous to say...book a flight to somewhere and go wearing a "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" t-shirt, or something.

There's a confessional ON the plane so what happens in Vegas REALLY DOES stay in Vegas.

As Jews we encourage our young people to fly to Israel on their free "birthright" trip. If a "birthright" plane full of Jewish teenagers crashed that would be a real tragedy. Everyone young Jew on this planet has a right, a right just by being born Jewish, to make a trip to Israel.

A plainload of ignorant goi on their way to a Christian pilgrimage crashing would be a blessing.
