In an interview with the conservative Hugh Hewitt show, White House Press Secretary Tony Snow said that not only will he be resigning before the end of Bush’s term, a few others might be on the way out soon too:
HEWITT: Are there any other resignations upcoming, Tony Snow?SNOW: I think that probably…as Josh said the other day, he thinks there are probably a couple coming up in the next month or so. […]

SNOW: No, I’m not going to be…I’ve already made it clear I’m not going to be able to go the distance, but that’s primarily for financial reasons. I’ve told people when my money runs out, then I’ve got to go.

Jesus, why doesn't he just trot out the old "spend more time with my family" mantra that everyone else spews when they are fleeing the sinking ship. Crying over $167K a year just makes him sound like a twat. The sympathy ploy about the cancer would have worked much better too. But then he's always been a jerk, so I guess we shouldn't be surprised.
