The police downtown: TOTAL hilarity yesterday afternoon. All those cops around and the only thing I seen happen was a guy pulled over for speeding on 4th ave. The drug deals still went down by the McDonald's by Macy's and the cops WALKED RIGHT ON BY!!!

But you know, it LOOKED good at least.

that steven seagal story is hilarious! he blames the fbi, rather than his age, acting skills and his agent for his spoiled career. that's a new one! plus, it's a 3 page article. zzzzzzzz

Padilla's conviction is a huge victory for those who believe in torture and destruction of evidence.

Wow, Disney demanding that a news story be pulled down because it reports on scientific findings that cast their products in a bad light. Next you'll be telling us that some other big media provider like, say, AT&T, has been censoring unpopular political views out of streaming web content.

Anybody else see the likely effects of increasing corporate control over media in these examples?

I think that old Walt Disney himself would be rolling in his grave if he ever saw what his original company has become. Totally lost it's founding ideals imo.
