Worth mentioning that after landing the 1st 720 in competition, the knuckle-head walked away--more like a limp but hey who wouldn't?

Jesus, Dan. Why are you always posting anti-fat headlines?

A bursting bubble might be a good thing for those of us that would like to buy a home in the city.

Tiffany, that's not how it works. Lower prices (and really, not very much lower) don't mean more affordability, especially if your cost of credit goes way up, which is closely connected to the bursting housing bubble. You pay more for the loan than you do for the house in the long run. And we are just starting in on a big ol' credit crunch.

Hey, Michigan Matt: I posted one anti, one pro. Fair and balanced!

Yes Fnarf I am well aware of that. But when you take speculation out of the market, you do get more reasonable property values.

I know, Dan. I just figured someone should say something about how you hate people who struggle with weight issues. Oh. And I'm joking.
