A bursting bubble might be a good thing for those of us that would like to buy a home in the city.
Tiffany, that's not how it works. Lower prices (and really, not very much lower) don't mean more affordability, especially if your cost of credit goes way up, which is closely connected to the bursting housing bubble. You pay more for the loan than you do for the house in the long run. And we are just starting in on a big ol' credit crunch.
