looks like normal lens flare, moon shots are really hard to get, breathing can mess up a shot.

a refracted image of what you are shooting that has recorded on the final print in reverse. That happens lots in cameras and shows up when shooting something brighter than surrounding area usually they are not as bright as the object you are shooting. Your original image is a little overexposed and a little blurry so it comes out looking like it has a ghost object in reverse.
