Nintendo's marketing & advertisements are purposefully trying to target an audience outside of the traditional video-gamer demographic. (It works because they know their original fanbase would suckle on the teet regardless...)

It's a strategy that seems to be rocketing Nintendo up in market shares- Even hipster journalists seem to be getting in on the action.

This is exciting to me only because I love nerds, and because I work downtown... so will get to spend lots of time around all the hot gamers.

I spotted a bunch last night, already. They were in taxis, ogling the sexay ladies on Pike.
