News Pregnancy Test

onThe 9th Circuit ruled today that companies can’t dock women’s retirement benefits based on pregnancy leave that took place before 1978’s Pregnancy Discrimination Act passed. (God, how greedy can a company get?)
Three cheers to the 9th Circuit (the left coast court) and all, but the ruling clashes with a Supreme Court ruling about retroactivity principles, and so, legal experts predict the ruling is doomed.

I know, though our company's greed goes beyond this Pregnancy dilemma.
Our Starbucks coffee was replaced with non-Starbucks coffee. Phuck.
GOOD! They should loose money for "being pregnant" What a LAME reason to miss work! They can give birth right there in the lunch room and get right back to work!! About as bad as the guy next to me with his "stroke" and needing to leave to the hospital.
Lazy ass Americans!!!
Josh, you might consider amending the post to highlight the name of the company still spending money on this legal fight: AT&T.

Cato the YY @2,
You commented that you weren't going to post anymore. I'll do it if you do as well. Josh expects answers from us and opinions, but he rarely responds to what any of us write. What he gives is what he should expect. The comments by us are being coopted so this paper and blog can evolve. It's better if it dies, commits suicide, or admits in a public speech that he, himself is a pussy news editor.
thanks for censoring my last post. lame stranger, grow up, and observe the free speech, you could have at least used one of your editors to only include the the josh pussy name calling. lame
aren't i stupid, but the deal stands for Cato, you in?
You don't have free speech on someone else's blog. You do have free speech on the internet. So if someone is "censoring" you, start your own damn blog. It's not like it even costs any money.
@5,
