Now to be clear on this picture.

1) the only kids who sag that low and wear khakis (sp?) with a red bandana are Bloods. Needless to say most kids that sag arent bloods so the pic is a little off.

2) sagging doesnt seem to be that low any more except for old school gang bangers. Unless in a gang, kids that dress in that baggy style dont wear khakis.

3) kids are wearing the long white t shirts with the big caps. The pants are not worn as low as shown in this pic.

The trend has changed, though still baggy, it is now more focused on the t shirt rather than the pants. This is an image of a Blood. prolly a piru, who cares, but my point is that Charles is a little off here. By showing an obvious lil banger, it creates an image for mainstream society that all kids who sag have that style. The style has changed quite a bit.
