Looks like the ladies have the better deal in Seattle. According to this map there are 40,000 more single men in Seattle than women.
Ladies only have the advantage provided this map is only tracking single straight and/or bi males. If it is counting all single males, I fear many of these boys are not looking for girls.

@1 - well, yeah, but what about lesbians? Some of those girls probably aren't looking for boys either.
I'm moving to Miami immediately. How easy it must be for a straight guy to get laid there, with the women outnumbering the men AND the large population of gay men. Straight girls there must be desperate. No wonder the ladies of Miami are so legendarily hot....the competition is fierce!
Yeah, but "single" just means unmarried, so 'singles statistics' tend to be pretty useless in this day and age.

If the marriage and divorce laws that are inherently generous towards women and predatory towards men are any indication, Seattle women have it better for more reasons than proportional volume.

at 7, hate to burst your bubble, but most of those single women are over 65 -- they are most likely widows. but if that is what you're looking for, have a great trip!

Llivia, or "Northern Catalonia" is a Spanish enclave in France, near Andorra. It ended up in France by a treaty technicality between France and Spain in 1659/1660. Spain agreed to hand over thirty or so "Villages" to France in establishing the new border. Llivia, however, had in previous times been designated a "City", so Spain refused to hand the city over . A closed road was the single land route connecting Llivia to Spain.

Define straight.
Are we including bi? Are the stats based off of Married versus Non-Married? It wasn't legal to even register as a same-sex partner until this year, so one questions the conclusions you are drawing.
And the same goes for girls as well as boys.
