I was told that Seattle was quirky and fun before I moved out here from Ohio. Compared to Cincinatti this place is like Burning Man! One of the guys in my condo building even has a pet iguana.

People who whine about condos and people making big money need to get over themselves. I went to Pony last week with one of my visiting fraternity brothers and he loved the place. A guy even hit on him. (We're straight but not narrow and are thinking of bringing our dates from J-date to Pony next week)

Seattle is great, it's easy to get a job, real estate market is hot and there's all kinds of weird shops and bars. I love it.

Marcus Wilson is truly a local hero, and one of the people in the nightclub scene you know will be real with you. He deserves our thanks, and he deserves the best.
