Preggers? I doubt it. It's just those stupid, trendy maternity-style shirts and dresses that are so popular now. So unflattering. They make anyone who wears them look pregnant.

I'm trying to work up a convoluted conspiracy theory connecting this to the announcement of Rove's resignation, but I'm not coming up with anything very convincing. Like, one of the Bushes wanted Rove out, so they agreed to give Jenna to his aide if he resigned? (Like part of Rove's severance package.) Or the aide had some good dirt on Rove, and blackmailed him into forcing Bush to marry Jenna off, then Rove realized what he'd done and resigned in shame and self-disgust?

Completely Unsubstantiated Conspiracy Theory: That baby ain't Hager's. Beerslut Jenna got knocked up at a kegger. And since the only thing worse than premarital sex is single motherhood, the Administration had to find a loyal bushie to take the fall.

Wait. I think I got something wrong up there. There are plenty of things Bushies think are worse than premarital sex, like mutually pleasurable sex, gay sex, and, of course, married gay sex. Here's hoping Barbara doesn't disappoint.
