Running for president in 2008 on the Republican ticket; has run before on the Libertarian party ticket. Largely ignored by the mainstream media, or cast as "crazy." Very popular on the Internet.

Personally, I agree with him about 50% of the time, and strongly disagree with him the other 50%. Any other conclusions that you draw will have to be your own.
