Good question. I am guessing somewhere high up in the Columbia Tower (maybe near where they have the bathroom with a view) or one of the buildings built in the last five years. Also, the newer buildings on the UW campus (Gates Law School, Paul Allen Computer Center), or the Four Seasons.
