I think too many Americans seem not to really care about monitoring of their phone calls at this point. They do not really care who knows about their business so to be honest: this wiretapping will cause no outrage even if AT&T wins.

It seems as we loose rights we all get upset for a couple of weeks then move on to the next outrage that moves our attention. I have said it before, the republic is dead: grab a beer and enjoy watching the death trows.

It's perfect...nobody would ever be able to prove that they were being monitored, and if so, it is a sealed governmental secret

*pulls out hair*

WHAT SHOULD BE CONCERNING, and thrown around a lot more, is that The Whitewater Break In could be carried out from behind a desk in a snap these days.

Handily, going back to the beginning of my point, nobody could prove it. Oh. And it's sealed.
