I'll tell you why. Because it's a lot more work to remove the chalk graffiti than it is to put it up. It'll take a lot of hours and a lot of your public tax dollars to remove this junk - public tax dollars that could be spent on other stuff, like public transit and better bus service or whatever. And in the meantime, leaving it up will attract more graffiti that's not so "fun," because people think using chalk to do graffiti isn't really "harmful," right?

But hey, it's only fun!

Black expressed a serious disdain toward unions, anarcho-syndicalists, Marxists, and anyone else who had a work-centered analysis of "revolution".
