@19 - Those are the well-toned thighs of (what mightily appears to be) a nubile young female. Look at the left hand on the hip: a well proportioned figure. Slim, active-looking - hell, you can just tell she'd be a great romp (assuming the chemistry was there, of course!).

Point is, it isn't just those shapely thighs; it's the neural networks the sight of those thighs triggers in the viewer. The fantasy, if you will.

But that's just me (and those thighs). It is subjective. Post a pic of some dude's hairy legs, well, it'd do NOTHING for me.
