Megan posted it here on Slog yesterday—with a recap of Line Out’s on-the-spot Block Party coverage this weekend—but it makes for such happy Monday morning viewing I just had to post it again.
Who is this guy? He should get some sort of prize.

Well, he didn't even clear the table on the dive, so deduct for that. He does, though, carry style points for the non-plussed manner in which he rejoins his friends.
