Wow... I grew up in Manitowoc, Wis. I can't believe they decriminalized first time possession of pot. This is a very Catholic/Lutheran blue collar conservative town. Good for them.

It takes congress to write a law legalizing pot and a president willing to sign it into law.

If Bill Richardson gets elected as prez, the feds will cease trying to battle New Mexico's pot law. Yet another reason to vote for him.
