If I were Al Gore's kid, I'd be stoned all the time as well. Could you imagine a chat with Dad?

That being said, the DEA can stick it in their ass as far as I'm concerned. That is one of the bigger wastes of my tax dollars at work.

C'mon, Dave. The DEA and its various Fed brethren produce fabulous propaganda, about how weed is the most horrible thing since Saddam Hussein. Scooter Libby walks free, but grow a few plants in the basement... you get an extended free vacation courtesy of these geniuses.

That Wisconsin town is fucked. Suspending a person's drivers license for 6 months for simple possession? That could totally destroy somebody's livelihood! And a $300 ticket on top of that? Seems like a step backward to me...

Oh, and Go New Mexico! Go Go Go! DEA/ONDCP have got to be shitting bricks right now over that.

Are liberals going to say 'but Scooter walks free' for everything they possibly can now? That's almost as annoying as Conservatives comparing Clinton's lie to Bush's lies.

Wow... I grew up in Manitowoc, Wis. I can't believe they decriminalized first time possession of pot. This is a very Catholic/Lutheran blue collar conservative town. Good for them.

It takes congress to write a law legalizing pot and a president willing to sign it into law.

If Bill Richardson gets elected as prez, the feds will cease trying to battle New Mexico's pot law. Yet another reason to vote for him.
