Damn, there are Tops in Seattle??!!! I only find a lot of tops in Chicago!!

As one of Seattle's five actual tops (yes, there are fewer of us than city council members, yet we don't have our own newsletter - go figure), I can tell you that the best place to find stylish, budget conscious bottoms is at the Westwood Village Target. For realz.
