Didn't get to make the Thomas Jefferson Ice Cream, but there are now plans afoot to make a Thomas Jefferson Ice Cream Milk Shake. (This being based on my own secret milkshake recipe!) Anyway, here's what I ended up eating at a July 4 BBQ yesterday: I had nothing to do with making these super veggie kabobs. But I did take this picture of my foodie friend's masterpiece....
