Loretta Nall wrote a great review of Cooper's video "Never Get Busted" on her blog nallforgovernor.blogspot.com - you might be surprised to find out just how full of shit Barry Cooper is on some of his points.
Excellent tips, that one. I especially like the "put deer piss or fox urine on your tires."
Also, tell your fucking road-trip friends that you have 3 fucking pounds of pot in your goddamn motherfucking car and we're crossing 6 states. Finding out in a gas station while we're all wasted is the second worst thing you can ever do. Not telling us and we all get pulled over would be the first, because oh man, the friendship will the end and the narcin' will begin. I'm not joking.
Yeah, this video has been getting a lot of shit around the intranoodle this past week, with lots of people accusing him of just being a crass profiteer. I got no problem with the man trying to make a living, but apparently some of his advice is pretty shitty too.

Hey Schmader! Go onto iStockPhoto.com and actually buy the image you're using. It would only be $1.00 or $2.00 to use, for gosh sake. Putting a photo with the watermark up is plain cheesy and cheap
So I just read Loretta Nall's review....I still maintain the deer scent to be funny.
My best friend, his friend and I drove up to Seattle from Vegas to visit several years back, and on the way back we got caught in a snowstorm just past the Oregon/Cali border, so we spent the night... in Weed, CA.
There was a hubbub about this guy back in February. Frankly, I don't think it matters a lick if he makes a bank. It's better than if he were getting rich by raiding docile pot growers and seizing their property.
However, one of his points is a little off.
"It’s not illegal to smell like pot—it’s just illegal to possess it"
Pot metabolites got a guy busted in Michigan, and that was upehld by their state's Supreme Court, so having pot in your system--even if you're not high--actually can land a conviction, though the courts in other states ruling haven't followed suit.

Or just do a google image search.
the best piece of drug-related advice i ever received?
how about "don't take any drug-related advice from the cops."
Is that Weed, NM? When I was a kid, we always passed through there on the way to Boy Scout camp. I was so young that it wasn't even funny to me.
