The Pentagon’s defence scientists want to create an army of cyber-insects that can be remotely controlled to check out explosives and send transmissions. The idea is to insert micro-systems at the pupa stage, when the insects can integrate them into their body, so they can be remotely controlled later.
And who is this?
The enemy, sir.

What the world really needs is military controlled cyber insects. Yeah, THAT'S a recipe for success.
Now we need dogs that bark bees!
i've told you before, jon, that dog is useless without the sharks.
at first, when iran arrested the squirrels, i thought, "they really are silly."
my immediate next thought was, "maybe too silly. this could easily be propaganda meant to make me think both that iran is backwards (deserving invasion) and incompetent (easily defeated)."
after further consideration, my thoughts actually shifted to, "trained squirrels? you know that sounds exactly like something the US government would do."
and now this.
sort of reminiscent of this:

Very reminiscent of the "plot" of the X-Files movie, with the clandestine bee-farms in Texas.
I believe that is Vlad Nabokov, is it not?
It's more reminiscent of the cockroach episode from the X-Files, actually.
Let's just hope the enemy doesn't wise up to this and train pigeons to eat them.
What a fantastic picture of Vivian Darkbloom in his tailored shorts.
Can we deliver the "gay bomb" with these things?
I get it now: Charles is the only black guy in the Stranger office so you let him wear the mask of "the smart one." You're so darned liberal, you strangers. And nope, you guessed it right: no one has even let me even try on "the smart one" mask. Write your own punch line here.
C C, this is in fact one of charles' best posts because he doesnt actually say anything that tries to be smart. tries to be smart.
