WTF? They're Germans. They live in Germany, where the official drinking age of 16 is about as well enforced as the Fourth Amendment in the US. They live in a place that exports incredible amounts of beer to the rest of the world, and is renowned for events like Oktoberfest, which centers around beer, brat, and bitches.
