The police are probably just trying to find ways to look like they have enough to do so they don't get laid off. But down here in the real city where it's routine to hear gunfire at night, unidentified screaming, speeding cars, sirens and other curious nocturnal sounds, cops don't seem to have time for silly shit like hos and potheads.
