I get a whole different mental image when I read the title "Sex with Queens". *shrug*

It sounds like good reading though. :)

I love the glory days of men's stockings. It doesn't strike most men as very masculine, but a man who's confident enough to show off his strong, shapely, manly legs like that (and wear something short enough to taunt us with the rest of the goods) is super sexy.

You're sounding a little bit like arch-conservative Edmund Burke:

"0h, what a revolution! and what a heart must I have, to contemplate without emotion that elevation and that fall!"

Christopher might also be interested in a running plot in the second season of Entourage having to do with Drama's insecurity about his calves and his continual ogling of other guy's legs, speculating whether or not they have implants. It's ambiguously gay-a-riffic.

Totally agree with Christopher. A guy with great calves is freakin' HOT. The photos he posted were drool-inducing.

If only the Renaissance look was in nowadays. Somebody needs to bring it back. Well, maybe not the wigs and syph. and everything. Sigh...

Every century is the right century for calves. This is a known fact.

On the other hand...

From the wikipedia article about the guy:

"...following the death of the Prince Frederick, Bute became close to his widow, Augusta of Saxe-Gotha, the Dowager Princess of Wales. It was rumoured that the couple were having an affair, and indeed soon after John Horne (an associate of the Prince of Wales) published a scandalous pamphlet alluding to a liaison between Bute and the Princess. Rumours of this affair were almost certainly untrue, as Bute was by all indications happily married, and he held sincere religious beliefs against adultery"

Lol, I am reading that book right now. Calves are hot, especially when the guy is in a kilt. Yum, men in kilts...

Glad you are reading my book. Men's fashions have declined so. I wish we could bring back the white silk stockings and ogle their calves. Regarding Lord Bute, history has proven that sometimes the same people who are ranting against adultery are, um, committing adultery. Look at our politicians.
