Woody takes on opera. (I always thought Love and Death would make a great opera.)

Hmmmm, the Puccini idea sounds intriguing, probably will be a few Allenisms to take away from it.
Shades of Paul Simon on Broadway could be looming. Did anyone ever see that? Marc Antony?

Not interested in the doings of men who seduce their daughters, even if they marry them.

I never saw The Capeman on Broadway, but I have the soundtrack, and it's surprisingly good. If you like early Paul Simon, it's definitely worth a listen. It's like a full-length version of "Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard," i.e. doowop, Latin rhythms, etc. (And yeah, I'm also quite fond of !!!'s "Me and Giuliani Down by the Schoolyard"...)
