Runs in the family. But then again we are cave-dwelling-hunt-by-sonar-back-home-by-7pm type folk.

Annie Wagner is a bat?

Refer to Neil Marshall's The Descent.

Pale chicks look great in black.

pale is fine for the northwest. it shows that you arent vain and shallow enough to conform to trends you have to artificially create.

I can sympathize. I used to get sunburned walking from one building to another in college, and I don't tan - I just turn red.

Bless that English/Irish heritage.

Bellevue Ave: I don't seek out Vitamin D rich sunlight for the trendiness of it. When I get UV rays I feel more energetic, healthier, and much happier. A tan is just frosting on the cake, although it is true that tan fat is much more aesthetically pleasing than white fat.

carollani, do you look like an oompaloompa?

annie's kinda hot.

Girl, unless your a redhead, quite your damn complaining. That goes for all you non-redheads.

A pasty redhead who's exposure to the sun merely turns him shades that can only be described as similar to undercooked bacon.

Annie isn't kinda hot--she very hot.

It's good to be pale in China, where being pasty is considered a positive thing... tan people are that way from working in the fields...

the good-to-be-pale thing is a status (and racially charged) symbol in many countries around the world. being tan in the u.s. means having the time to lie around in the sun. and some find it makes them more attractive.

i may not be a redhead, but after reading in volunteer for an hour and a half last week, i had (and absolutely continue to have) a sunburn that blistered. gross.

Annie always looks like that - but she doesn't look good in black.

And @13 is right.
