Can't we talk about race when it is obviously part of the story? don't we need a whole lot more talking about race in this community? In our nation?

Isn't the police misconduct also a potentially racial issue (because I ahven't heard of a case where the police plant drugs on white folks as often as black ones-- obvioulsy durg laws are disproportionately enforced resulting in massive disenfranchisement of African Americans). Is one of the two groups giving thee top cop a free pass?
