If you read the actual newspaper, the other littler headline says something to the extent, "Developer wants the neighborhood to be 'the next Fremont"

Fremont is fine by me, just like Vancouver, Portland, SF, and the rest, but these comparisons and heady fanaticism about remolding them has got to go. Maybe both writers, whoever they're working for, should just ignore it and let the immediate community deal with it.

I think it's hilarious that people feel the need to piss in the ears of the stranger staff 24/7.
