say a picture of legal documents, or excel spreadsheets, or a married couple torturing their children. I agree wholeheartedly, Josh, what is up with a public agency handing out giant lobbying and consultant contracts when it’s entire budget is only about $80,000?
You should see the number of six-figure consultant contracts ST hands out to its friends like candy. Those cowboys took in $330 million in taxes last year alone - they can't spend the money on lawyers and PR teams fast enough.
Whatever the PDA does is small-fry stuff.

This is an interesting story because if the checks and balances aren't there on this spending, they may not be in place on other organizations as well where the same people are involved.
Josh please look into the money ST is spending on PR consultants and advertising.
