what an annoyingly hyperbolic title for this post.

naw - that's just Josh spoofing us again. Although, after his ShoBiz wing-ding with a Who musical and his professed support for HRC, it is kind of hard to tell what's the real deal anymore...

The only ones he had were the ones we sold him.

FACT.

I'm not sure we know each other well enough for me to ask, but will you be my arch-rival? I want to be Spidey to your Venom.

Venom?

Green Goblin Postman, Green Goblin.

VENOM? Postman, you're too old to be into this whole Venom craziness. He's a useless 80's anti-hero and a fiercely boring Spidey-foe. You could be Vulture, Doc Ock, Rhino, Kraven the Hunter. Hell, you could even be Paste-Pot-Pete.

Venom...sheesh.

Boy, you snobby retro-comics guys. When my kids were growing up Venom was a perfectly fine bad guy and has the added attraction of being Spiderman's alter-ego, or manifestation of his self-doubt, or self-loathing or something deep like that. Not sure why that made me think of Josh, though.

@5 - no, David, Venom is recent.

Now, the Green Archer ...

Is Postman a Republican?

He'd like you to think so ...

Fer crissakes Josh, will you please stop trying to turn the prosecutor race into some kind of scandal. I know and deeply respect both Satterberg and Sherman (even gave Bill money in his last race). They are both upstanding, ethical and extremely fair-minded individuals who have distinguished themselves in an office that demands the highest professional standards. Satterberg is not a run-of-the-mill Republican party hack moron like a Reagan Dunn. Or like some of my fellow Dems for that matter...

I'm hoping beyond hope that the prosecutor race manages to stay somewhat detached from the ridiculous circus that WA state party politics has become. If you're looking for a streetfight, why not devote some energy to covering the idiotic KC charter amendment movement to make the county elections director an elected position? I'm sure there's plenty of Republican dirty laundry somewhere in there...
