That makes me hungry. I didn't know you had your own blog! Will check that later. Made me wistful for the lost days thirteen years ago I wandered through that town. My best Austin story: I had a big crush on a waitress at the Texas Chili Parlor, did nothing about it, then came back a year later to read in Texas Monthly (after she finished grad school and moved away) that she was LEE HARVEY OSWALD'S DAUGHTER.

Thank God. I can start breathing again knowing that ECB wasn't kidnapped by Al Qeda. I was SERIOUSLY worried as to who would write intellectually lunging feminist dogma in her absence.

Tsk tsk tsk, Erica. You know what they say, "A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips!"

How are you going to get your man to buy you that SUV when you're spending all that time eating?

Oh, you were gone?

Actually, the spelling of al-Qaeda varies - it's in Arabic and it doesn't translate the same way - just ask Osama Ussama or any other well known figure whose name is translated (not exactly) into English.
