Ever been to the UK lately? You have to be loaded to hit the pubs and clubs. Drink prices are insane, and -then- you have to multiply by 2 for the currency conversion. Worst place to be an alcoholic. It's so bad, that the omnipresent Eastern Europeans are importing methylated spirits (wood alcohol, or methanol) to sell as cheapo 'vodka':
I felt Illusioned while in Iraq that the Administration was effed up. But I never felt Dissallusioned about anything while in theatre. That disillusioned is a strong word and comming from a troop I don't exactly see my platoon as being disillusioned while overthere about anything but wanting to get the back home alive.

The study doesn't say "rick kids drink more." It says that drinking is more likely in kids with pocket money. The two are obviously correlated but not the same.
