Pat Davis has been embraced here by business as an effective moderate that can broker deals for economic development. Paul has not.

Pat Davis isn't facing a total revolt from her staff. Paul is.

Pat Davis is not dating Mic. (Is she?) Paul was dating the person who got the promotion/financial windfall.

Pat Davis won't be able to wait out a $400,000 bonus if she brokers her resignation. Paul did.

Pat Davis was elected by us, not appointed from above like Paul.

Pat was a port commissioner, Paul was a war architect turned financier.

Foreign investors like Pat. The European members of the World Bank don't particularly like Paul.

Other then that, yeah, totally the same.

Don't hold your breath waiting for Pat to take the honorable course of action.
