The 25 for $25 restaurants usually offered a cheese plate on the dessert menu. If these places do the same, then maybe this program won't be bad for sugar abstainers.
I accidentally ate at Steelhead Diner one night, and the food was almost below subpar. I don't think it will last that long, but you never know with these new places. Sometimes they get better; sometimes they don't.
it's probably a good deal for those of us that don't get meals at the best restaurants in town paid for by The Stranger in exchange for weak reviews.
