Without better descriptions of what the photos depict, I wonder if this isn't misinterpretation of something innocent.

I'm not saying it *is* something innocent, only that it's hard to tell without some more information. We're such a touchy and paranoid culture regarding children and sex that I can't help but wonder.

Of course, if this is as it seems, Grandpa should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, etc., etc.

One of the investigators described the photos as "one of the most sickening things he has ever seen" and the grandfather has been charged with capital sexual battery of a child, so I don't think we're talking about some misconstrued happy-bathtime photos, unfortunately...
