We all know that she is what chicks dig.

Look at Pretty Woman. Women love that movie. It holds a great message. "Are you a whore? That's okay, because with your horsehead-mouth, obnoxious laugh and canyonesque twat, one of these days 'that special someone' will come by and everything will be okay."

Being a total slut is cool. Getting away with it is cooler. Going to jail is not cool. Let's let Paris go to jail.

I really, really think that it will teach her a lesson to be shoved in a cell with some brutal bitch.

Of course, I'm being hypocritical. Fortunately for me, I don't care.

She isn't going to lose her job, her kids, any income, home, etc. DUI is no joke in CA (neither is a parole violation), people that fuck up like this repeatedly can end up destroying their lives. Paris, however, will come out of this unscathed. She had all the means in the world to prevent this (hire a goddamn driver you rich brat), yet chose not to.

If anything, her penalty should be stiffer.

Just what we need. Paris in Iraq.

it's the answer! take paris and bush and cheney and...oh...a handful of other obvious choices, strip them naked, roll them in honey and hundred dollar bills and set them lose on the streets of baghdad. let the locals rip them to shreds by hand in a pique of vengeful rage. then open a mcdonnald's and a nike town and a planet fucking hollywood on every corner or something (anything but starbucks...). peace in our time. that's what there would be.

set them loose, even. that's always better than setting them lose.

@3,

No, that makes you an asshole, but I'm guessing you don't care about that either.

@9
When coming out of your mouth, no, I do not care.

I'd rather be an 'asshole' than a overly sensitive twit.

OMG, Monkey @ #2, I'd pay to see that... Though I hafta admit, the original Caged Heat (and a lot of cannibis) kept me and my ex together for more than two years.

I'd care about her welfare if Paris Hilton had any value to society. Her only redeeming quality is that she'll be dead someday.

going to jail is the best career move she could make - look at dr. doolittle.

she'll find a way to exploit it - she's already notorious, so there's no harm to her brand.

So is there an online petition I can sign begging Arnold *not* to pardon her?

@14: Yes! There actually is such a petition already:

@10,

You're absolutely right. I apologize. I should have been happy that you refrained from referring to women as "bitches" @3.

"We do not support drunk driving or DUI charges."

Are they saying that, although they think drunk driving is wrong, it shouldn't be illegal?

@16

You, Oprah, and Dr. Phil should all take over The View.

Keep vleeding [sic] over everything I say that has anything to do with a woman. It's funny. I'm actually laughing. (At you, not with you.)

The key phrase is "our otherwise mundane lives." If that doesn't drip with contempt for the masses, I don't know what does.

yes, wf. and i HATE contemptuous drippings.

So working hard makes it "inevitable" that one will drive drunk (actually pass out behind the wheel, if I recall correctly)?

Just listen to all this grunting and howling from peanut gallery, as if putting Paris in jail somehow makes her their equal.

Sorry, guys, but she is still your superior, and you deserve her contempt.
