Makes me think that a really smart condom manufacturer would ask that their display be put up right next to the bulk candy section in the supermarket.

Hmmm� NOT France, probably Canada (you wouldn't find english captions in France, the cop in the first ad isn't in a French uniform, and the second kid has an unmistakable Canadian accent). I wish France had gotten to that level.

For the first one i'd say canadian, definitely not french (policemen uniforms not french, punchline always in french or translated in France, plus i've never seen it in France).
The second one is probably belgian (the supermarket cited are only found in Belgium), where the ads are often part in english so that french and dutch-speaking can understand.
