There's some of these on the Aurora Bridge. When I saw one, I thought I'd try to talk to someone.
When I got on the phone, it didn't even ring. Someone said, "huh?" then coughed. The voice, an old man's, next said, "so, what do you want now, Mr. Cauliflower?"
I told him I was feeling suicidal.
The old man coughed again. "I see," he went on. "Well, that's too bad."
"Well aren't you going to help me?"
"Hem? Oh, well of course."
After this I heard a loud hiss. I heard a woman say hello. The voice was sexy. "Would you like a blowjob?" she continued.
Indeed, this is the best remedy for suicidal thoughts.

For the record, the Morrison Bridge flows over the Willamette. The Willamette flows into the Northwest's largest river, the Columbia, which then flows into the largest ocean.
