the cheese fest was less than stellar- tasted the usually good brie, blue and the like. SBCaffee had a music trivia question for a free latte, and i could only guess, and i'm fair to midland on androgynous boogie-woogiebut.... NoSoupForMe ;y
Imagine the market more crowded then usual if that is even possible. Now imagine standing in line for 15 minutes for what one could get at whole foods or Met in 1. Add some pretentious cheese makers and overpriced wine and you got the Cheese festival.
What is the pretty little ditty that starts playing after the espresso/lavendar cheese lady? I like it.
Cheese Festival was terrible. I am surprised no one reported about this. Too many people, in too small of a space. Some waiting in long lines while others just cut in at will. No organization. Tasters trying to act like they care while vendors trying to talk about their product while dozens of people painfully wait in line for each person to move on. Could be good but EVERYONE I talked to sez the cheese event stunk. Stranger should have been all over this fact.
I grew up down the street from the crazy abby nuns! It was said that they had small animal sacrifices in the back part of their property and a devil star made out of stones! They're here for me!
