whitehouse is really just a neighborhood of jacksonville. you could have an address, say 123 oak street, and address it to 123 oak street, jacksonville, fl or 123 oak street, whitehouse, fl.
it's like 20 minutes outside of downtown jacksonville. also, mofro is a great band. go see them.
