With all these wacky changes going on in my home state of New Mexico, there might be actually habitable pockets in the future.
New Mex. has had a medical marijuana law on its books since 1969, but I guess the new law explicitly details your rights. Way to go!
I really wish I had money to send Bill Richardson.
