Wow!
from Calgary, Alberta
Those magnet sculptures are beautiful.
Amazing! and did you know she'll be in a show at SOIL Gallery, opening First Thursday, June 7? It's at 112-3rd Avenue, in Pioneer Square. Stay tuned...
Just to clarify, at the Henry, most of the galleries for the MFA exhibition will be open to the public May 12, as Jen mentioned, but two artists will be installing in the sculpture court after the Bash - so the opening celebration will be Friday, May 25. And the show will be up though June 17.
Amazing creativity - Avienne's art suggests primitive abyssal life.

WOW! These pieces by Nola are whimsical, delightful and fun! I own one!
Avienne's work continues to utter amaze me. The work just gets better and better, more strange and beautiful and dangerous. Look out for Nola....
